Hidden Dragon is a private alpine lodge and spa set in the dynamic Les 4 Vallées ski region in Switzerland.
We are a luxury mountain hideaway dedicated to providing guests with the most luxurious and indulgent of holidays.
We are recruiting for a highly experienced Spa-Beauty-Holistic Therapist/Host/Team Player to join our dedicated team for this winter season (Dec-April).
You will have previous luxury spa experience (in hotels, private estates or yachts) and be proficient with front of house and customer service skills.
You must be passionate about hospitality (experience in hotels/restaurants is ideal) and have a strong work ethic, be optimistic at all times, and have a can-do attitude.
You will have a passion for the outdoors, the Alps, and respect a holistic way of life – in keeping with Hidden Dragon’s brand values. The job is suited to someone who is passionate about wellness, health, alternative and holistic treatments, oriental medicine, nutrition, nature, sport/fitness, yoga, meditation, spirituality.
Our location is not suited for those looking for a party ski season. We are recruiting hospitality professionals committed to client service.
High energy, good stamina, excellent team spirit and a sunny disposition are all crucial. You will be a happy, positive, friendly, energetic, professional team player needed to join a dynamic team who work to support each other to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.
Role is mixed and fun where every day can be different and will include: Spa Management, Spa Treatments, Hosting and guest entertainment, Event Planning (eg weddings, parties) Housekeeping (spa and room cleaning), Meal and Drink Service (silver service), Kitchen Assistance (plating up and washing up), Child Care (playing with kids and hosting special activities – snowball fights, treasure hunts).
Competitive salary, end of season bonus, seasonal ski pass, ski kit, shared accommodation and food provided, plus client tips.
