Maybe ideal for a couple wanting to semi-retire to Austria. Initially, for Summer 2014 (our High Season). We would want to repeat each year and happy to discuss Winter opening. Previous experience an absolute must, professional training preferred.
The Hallstatt/Obertraun region is experiencing ever increasing numbers of guests. Within Obertraun there are currently 3 restaurants, there is a real need for a further, good quality, reasonably priced, Non-Smoking establishment. Our position in the centre of the village is a positive. We have the space. We would be happy to make a small initial investment and further investment would be based on success. Accommodation in Double room provided, plus additional income available from assisting with daily room servicing.
