The Hainan Internship Program will provide participants with a new and exciting opportunity to experience life in China while gaining valuable work experience in the hospitality industry.
Participants will engage in a six-month or one-year full-time internship at a Leading International Hotel in the city of Sanya, southern Hainan. The hospitality internship will provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their Chinese business knowledge and to gain practical expertise in one of Asia’s and soon to be the world’s most prestigious hospitality resorts. Internships cover Front Office, Food and Beverages, Management Training, Guest Relationship Officer etc.
Qualifications
– Good interpersonal skills
– Good grooming and appearance
– Fluent Russian
– Able to live and work independently
– Able to learn quickly and perform tasks as assigned
Preferred:
– Working experience in hotels or restaurants is better but not required.
– A student who can speak English or Chinese is preferred.
Salary/Pay
Stipend: 3,000 to 5,000 Chinese RMB per month, equal to the salary of a local Chinese worker.
Housing: Hotel room or staff dorm in hotel (varies by property), or pay extra for your own two bedroom apartment nearby.
Food: In the staff canteen.
Monthly group events (with all other interns in your city)
