As a member of our team you’ll enjoy all the benefits of working for Australia’s largest outsourced contact centre. You’ll work in a well established team of Japanese superstars, and will receive calls from our Japanese clientele with slight involvement with local customers too. Your role will revolve around conversion of airfare, accommodation and car hire enquiries into travel packages for individuals and families to national and international destinations.
