Catenon Global Search is the global search firm able to find a PROFESSIONAL in any part of the world, introduce this professional to a CLIENT located anywhere across the globe, and realise this search through CONSULTANTS located worldwide.
Catenon seeks an intern to be based in the Knowledge Management Department in the Headquarters of Catenon located in Madrid. The duration of the internship will be a preferably one year, although we are willing to consider applicants who are able to stay for a minimum of six months. Interns will receive a remuneration of 500 Euros per month.
Functions
– Provide support to consultants in order to carry out the recruitment process
– Research foreign markets and find key indicators to be able to assess the best channels to target potential candidates
– Establish relationships with leading business schools
– Create strategy search maps for potential clients and current processes
– Identify international job opportunities – Produce reference sheets for prospective clients
– Create / Update databases of recruitment sources and clients
– Research in order to identify potential clients
Responsibilities
– Student in any field (Bachelor, Master) (Internship contract with a University / BS required)
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Any other European language would be a plus.
– Good communication skills. Ex. Ability to initiate and follow up relationships established with suppliers and business schools
– Motivation to learn
– IT Skills – high level of Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point and internet navigation
