Greenpeace is the most effective environmental campaigning organisation on the planet. We campaign on a range of environmental issues with both a national and global focus, we do this totally independent of corporate and government influence.

We are looking for a talented, ambitious and focused intern for up to 6 months. This is a full-time, unpaid position based at our Auckland national office. Greenpeace New Zealand employs around 50 campaign, administration and management staff; at present we have over 60,000 supporters and an income of approximately NZ $8 million.

The Recruitment Intern role is an exciting and challenging position. You will support the Recruitment Specialist, lead on the telephone screening of Outreach Campaigning candidates and help conduct large and lively group interviews. You will also be given the opportunity to contribute to a range of interesting projects, and encouraged to develop your wider role within the organisation.

You will have fantastic people skills and be interested to learn about Recruitment, HR and Organisational Development within a leading global non-profit organisation. The position requires fluent English, and a Working Holiday visa if not eligible to work in New Zealand.
