These roles would be based either within one of our schools/care homes or hospitals. Your main job role will be to assist the students or service users in their daily routine and to help them achieve their personal best.
Full induction training is given, you’ll also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our young people you’ll be learning all the time through our ongoing mentoring and support.
Candidate Profile
You will be a strong team player, confident and motivated and well organised. Patience and commitment are essential, but above all you’ll be someone with a genuine desire to help others.
Successful candidates will have to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post.
