Come To Qiqihar To Experience Real China. Qiqihar Vocational College is
located in the downtown area of the city of Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, which
is China's most north eastern province.

Qiqihar Vocational College and its affiliated schools are looking for native

contracts to be filled. Two are at the college. Two are at the high school and the

Qualifications: At college level we require at least a good four year degree,

equivalent is preferred). At high school level and primary school level, we require
a bachelor's degree with TESL / TEFL training. Experienced teachers in TEFL /

personalities who are willing to share their teaching experiences with other
teachers and develop the College's English Programs.

Benefit Packages: Qiqihar Vocational College offers the following benefits for
teachers on one year contracts: Salary (between 2800 and 4500 RMB
depending on the teachers' qualifications and experience), Accommodation,
Travel Expenses, 4 weeks paid holidays, free medical, Free Mandarin lessons.

Starting Date: For teachers on a one year contract the starting date is 1

OUR SUMMER PROGRAM (10 Vacancies)
For the summer program teachers, the qualifications are as above for university
level and high school level. Teacher trainers are preferred, but applications from
others are welcome.

The program lasts six weeks beginning from July 15 to August 23.The teachers
are required to teach students conversational English and do some teacher
training. The teacher is free to use and develop his /her own materials and
conduct his/her class. Teachers are advised to bring their own materials for
training the conversational ability of students or the local English teachers.

We offer 5000 RMB for 6 weeks' work. No reimbursement for any airfare and
transportation to the working spot. No any kinds of insurance. Accommodation
will be provided free in the form of private room with shower and toilet. Meals are
available cheaply at the college cafeteria. A good meal of noodles, rice, meat
and or / vegetables can cost 5-10 RMB. Sightseeing will be arranged at no cost
to teachers.

The starting date is 15 July and closing date is 23 August, including briefing,
preparation, debriefing (program evaluation), and sightseeing sessions.
