SUDAN VOLUNTARY TEFL
SVP is looking for volunteers to teach English on our projects in Sudan for 12 weeks or more this year. This is a wonderful chance to help young people, to learn about a society both sophisticated and unique and to live and travel in a country amongst the friendliest in the world.

SVP works with under-graduates and graduates who are native English speakers and are prepared to give their time to this urgent cause. Most will have worked or travelled abroad and some will have experience of teaching English. We can also accept some people in their gap year before university if they agree to go for a minimum of 6 months. TEFL experience or certificate is very helpful but not essential.

Volunteers have to find the cost of their own airfare to Sudan, (about £430 from the UK) plus their own travel expenses in the UK for selection interviews and briefing which will take place before departure.
