Winter in the Swiss Alps

SWTZERLAND / Hotel Jungfrau Wengernalp

Our unique boutique hotel which lies amongst the many ski slopes of the stunning Jungfrau Region is currently completing its team for this coming winter season.

We are seeking professional, highly motivated and friendly people for the following positions. Season dates approx. middle December 2018– end March 2019.

Chef de Partie
It is essential that you have experience and a proven track record in an up market establishment. You should be fully qualified and have successfully completed an apprenticeship in classical French cuisine.

Gross salary CHF 3’800– 4’500
Languages: Intermediate – advanced English required.

Chef de Rang
We require someone with proven experience in this role with eagerness to advance and progress in their career. You must be proficient in Silver Service.

Gross Salary CHF 3’700 -3’900
Languages: Intermediate – advanced English required

All candidates must be over the age of 24 and be an EEC passport holder.

The monthly salary includes accommodation, health and accident insurance, pension scheme and tax payment. As a rule you would be required to work a 9 hour shift with 2 days off per week.
