PERU / Sharing Dreams Project

We are a local small nonprofit organization driven by volunteers, we work directly with people and populations of the Peruvian Andes in a situation of extreme poverty, in areas of community development, health, empowerment of women, and educational support with children, we develop our own Projects in the same field and in coordination with the population, obtaining a real form of volunteering and cultural exchange.

Our projects include educational support aimed at children, teaching English, social skills, ecology and recycling, baking, cleaning habits, sports, theater, tutoring and self-esteem.
Empowerment of women, health and nutrition, organization, affective support.
With the community: ecological kitchens, improvement of drainage, drinking water, improvement and painting of housing, health talks and nutrition.

On weekends we organize group excursions to many places in the Andes and jungle of Peru (visit to artisan villages, hiking to mountains, to know lakes and Andean landscapes, jungles and cataracts, as well as camps), they have a non commercial character, A fun way of cultural exchange, experiential courses (without or at low cost) of Spanish language, pastry, Peruvian cocktails, cultural information, Andean shaman and others

-approachable and optimistic
-people with ability to work in team and integration to a multi cultural team
-capacity to work with women and children

It is not necessary to have previous experience or expecialization.
