Volunteer on Organic Permaculture Farm

CENTRAL AMERICA / Volunteer Latin America

This organic permaculture and natural building farm practises permaculture design and implementation combined with ideals of organic living.

As the farm boarders a rainforest reserve and a network of other national parks it strives to support local conservation efforts through sustainable living and farming practices, and sustainable forest management.

Volunteers can get involved with all aspects of life on the farm. This includes planting, feeding animals, tending gardens, compost making, cooking, soap making, and any natural building projects currently taking place. There are usually a number of building and carpentry projects running.

Because of the farms location a wide variety of wildlife and diverse plant species are in close proximity.

There is no cost to participate and volunteers can camp on the farm for free. Food is provided (free).
