Urgent spots: Teach English in Colombia

The Secretary of Education and Travel4Change programs in Colombia have two new arrival dates with many spots which are urgently needing to be filled!

Teaching requirements / Personal qualifications:

– Bachelor’s Degree (any subject) (This must be a completed degree. If the diploma is not in English, an English translation or diploma supplement will need to be obtained.)

– TEFL/CELTA certificate or one year of volunteer/teaching experience. Exceptional applicants without teaching experience may be considered.

– As time is short for the visa, you must be from a country that can easily enter Colombia without a visa. Those from the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand can usually stay in Colombia for 90 days without a visa. Your program visa will be issued upon arrival in Colombia.

– Under 55 years of age.

– 100% Clean background check (you will need to apply for this after acceptance)

– Good health (Your doctor will need to complete a form to say that you are in good health – no medical tests required)

– Must be able to afford a last-minute flight to Colombia as well as international travel insurance for the duration of the contract, living costs for the first month, deposit and cost of background check and medical check.
