Sailing Club Hua Hin, Thailand is looking for a dynamic young person to launch an Optimist sailing programme from our club. The job will entail contacting local school principals to propose sailing courses for their students. These can be one week courses or proposing sailing as an ECA, after school or at weekends.

The successful candidate will be passionate about sailing and love working with kids of all nationalities. He/ she must be available for at least 6 months. Whilst RYA instructor certificate is sailing and powerboat would be helpful it is not essential. We can provide powerboat training. We will accept any nationality provided they have a very high standard of English.

We will provide full board and lodging plus small salary plus bonus for every student enrolled. Also return flight from uk, provided you complete the 6 month contract. Possibility to extend beyond 6 months. The job should ideally begin in late February or early March 2019.

This job should appeal to a gap year student or recent graduate looking for real work experience. Responsibility for developing the courses, selling to local schools, leading the courses and working with the local staff will stand out on your cv.

When not teaching we have a fleet of 13 Optimists and 11 Lasers to hone your own skills. The successful applicant will have to apply for a Tourist Visa in their home country.
