Looking for a change, a challenge and new experience, tied of spending time commuting, enjoy a rural location within a beautiful natural environment with an abundance of wildlife. A unique opportunity to work in the world’s most southerly English speaking capital, Stanley, in the Falkland Islands.

We are looking for a Restaurant Server to join our multinational team at the hotel.

The Malvina House Hotel is Stanley’s premier hotel, with a 100 cover restaurant, lounge bar and 72 bedrooms, with plans of future growth over the next 2 years.

All applicants must be well presented, fluent in English, customer service orientated, passionate about the industry and need to have previous restaurant experience. In addition be able to cope with busy service periods and to be able to work as part of a team and be flexible in their duties, for example covering the bar, dishwashing etc.

General Information

This is a two year contract and will require a work visa which includes a full medical and criminal record check.

Hours of work are 50 hours over a 5 day week and will include split shifts, breakfasts and evenings, as well as public holidays.

Good salary package including shared accommodation and return flights at the end of your 2 year contract.
