Fully funded opportunities to volunteer overseas with the Red Cross! Applications are now OPEN for our International Youth Volunteering Programme, which gives young people (aged 18-30) the opportunity to volunteer abroad with another Red Cross National Society for 8 to 12 months.
Possible locations include Iceland, Spain, France, Germany and Norway and volunteers will support a range of community based projects.
If you or someone you know is keen to travel, experience a different culture, boost their employability AND contribute to the work for the Red Cross movement overseas, we’d love to hear from you! The programme is fully funded by the European Commission as part of their European Voluntary Service Scheme, with accommodation, travel expenses and insurance covered. Volunteers also receive a small monthly allowance to cover any additional expenses.
