Kids Entertainer

Job purpose:
To ensure exceptional service is delivered to customers in one of our 48 destinations. To work as part of the Kids Club team with a responsibility to prepare, manage and deliver sessions.

Key tasks and decision ownership:

* Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve service & targets

* Create and organize a varied activity program for children 3-11 years

* Deliver the Kids Disco in the evening

* Ensure activities are engaging, fun, creative & entertaining at all times to the customers

* Take an active role in any in-house entertainment/ activity where possible

* To establish a respectful relationship and communication with guests, colleagues, hotel staff, suppliers and senior staff

* Prepare an inviting & up to date Kids Club notice board and to participate in welcome introductions

Must have one of the below qualifications:

Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Any of the following are acceptable or one that is equivalent :- CACHE L3 or above in childcare NVQ L3 or above in childcare or social work BTEC National Diploma in childhood studies City & Guilds L3 or above in Childcare Montessori (teacher training) SVQ Classroom Assistant (Level 3) National Certificate in Early Education and Childcare at SCQF Level 6 SVQ Social Services (Children and Young People) at SCQF Level 6 BA (Hons) Social Work SVQ 2 Playwork at SCQF Level 6 BA Childhood or Early Childhood Studies Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
