There is NEVER a fee to candidates.
All applicants must:Be at least 21years of age.
Must be a non smoker. Have a minimum of a high school diploma (excluding housekeepers/housemen) although some college or professional training is preferred for nannies and household managers. Have an impeccable criminal record and give consent to a full background investigation, at our expense.Consent to and pass a drug screening. Make a minimum commitment of 1 year (Excluding temporary positions). Nanny applicants must either be CPR and first aid certified, or willing to be trained at family’s request. Be a Greek citizen or legally free to work in Greece. Understand that EVERY candidate undergoes extensive background investigation including, but not limited to a criminal investigation and social security verification. EVERY candidate must have a passport or picture ID or certified birth certificate. Please bring these documents plus copies to your personal interview. Placements: 900 au pairs, demi pairs and au pairs plus per year.
AU PAIR in: France; plus UK, Ireland, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
*Nationalities placed: EU nationals.
* Minimum stay: 6 to 12 months
* Summer stays: 2 months minimum. Minimum in other countries of 2 months during summer > Wages/pocket money: from €300 per month
* Qualifications: age limits 18-30 years. Childcare experience helpful but not necessary.
Application procedure: 3 ID photos, medical certificate, 2 references (character, school) and an introductory letter are needed. In the case of au pairs from outside the EU, their birth certificate must be translated into French and certified. The waiting period is usually 1 month, though sometimes families can be found within a fortnight.

International Volunteer
Concordia
Concordia is a charity committed to international volunteering as a means to promoting intercultural understanding and peace.
Our International Volunteer Programme offers volunteers aged 18+ the opportunity to join international teams of volunteers working on short-term projects in over 60 countries in Europe, North America, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Asia. A selection of projects is available for teenagers aged 16 and 17. Types of international volunteer projects include conservation, restoration, archaeology, construction, arts, children’s play-schemes and teaching.
Projects last for 2-4 weeks with the main season from June to September. Volunteers pay a registration fee of £150 and fund their own travel and insurance.
Board and accommodation is free of charge for projects in Europe, North America, Japan and South Korea. For projects in Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa volunteer pay an extra on arrival fee of approx. £100 that covers food and accommodation, as well as funding the programme in the country.
