Now in our 5th winter, The Alpine Club has firmly established itself as a provider of truly indulgent winter holidays in the very beautiful mountain resort of St Martin de Belleville, the jewel of the Three Valleys.

If the winter season were successful, we could negotiate extending the role to the following summer, with the possibility of promotion to a multifunctional summer guide/representative/driver. - Cleaning and tidying the chalet to a very high standard, e.g. bedrooms, toilets, bathrooms, lounge, dining room, terraces, ski store, sauna, spa etc.
- Ensuring the evening atmosphere of the chalet in terms of host/guest interaction, ambience of dining room and lounge etc.
- Laying, serving and clearing breakfast.
- Laying and clearing afternoon tea.
- Laying, serving and clearing evening meal.
- Laying, serving and clearing separate children’s evening meals if required.
- Overseeing the chalet honesty bar.
- Assisting the chef in general kitchen duties, e.g. washing up and kitchen prep.

- Driving: Organising weekly airport transfer logistics and transporting guests in our luxury resort minibuses (including airport transfers, driving in resort to and from ski lifts, lessons, doctors etc).
- General maintenance: Basic upkeep of Simply Morzine properties and vehicles.

- Extended continental breakfast (with different hot dish everyday). Some baking for afternoon tea (cakes & biscuits). 4 course set evening meal (canapés / sorbet / cheeseboard for the 4th course), including catering for early children’s supper as well as for special dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free etc).
- Will be required to plan menus, keep the kitchen immaculately clean adhering to local HACCP, budget effectively, manage stock, place orders and shop alone once or twice a week.

International Volunteer
Concordia
Concordia is a charity committed to international volunteering as a means to promoting intercultural understanding and peace.
Our International Volunteer Programme offers volunteers aged 18+ the opportunity to join international teams of volunteers working on short-term projects in over 60 countries in Europe, North America, Middle East, Latin America, Africa and Asia. A selection of projects is available for teenagers aged 16 and 17. Types of international volunteer projects include conservation, restoration, archaeology, construction, arts, children’s play-schemes and teaching.
Projects last for 2-4 weeks with the main season from June to September. Volunteers pay a registration fee of £150 and fund their own travel and insurance.
Board and accommodation is free of charge for projects in Europe, North America, Japan and South Korea. For projects in Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa volunteer pay an extra on arrival fee of approx. £100 that covers food and accommodation, as well as funding the programme in the country.
