We are looking for good quality, reliable and enthusiastic staff to join our team and are happy to discuss an individual’s, flexible requirements. We offer excellent rates of pay along with paid holidays, pensions, health insurance and bonuses.

Regular supervision and appraisals are part of our on-going commitment to supporting staff. We have a management philosophy of treating all staff with respect and acknowledging different peoples strengths and offer support with any weakness. A team spirit over-rides our whole approach to our work in our community care/ nursing homes.

We provide an induction and comprehensive training scheme with dedicated 24/7 on-call managers to help staff with the work and challenges that they face. Besides a great rate of pay we also pay a mileage allowance after the first call, holiday pay, pension scheme, bonus scheme and of course, flexible hours.

All positions are subject to references, CRB checks and completion of induction training. All carers need to have a full driving license, access to their own car.
