We’re an award-winning event catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving modern cuisine to corporates, weddings and private clients.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef in Maidenhead. The position is an average of 40 hours per week with most evenings and Sundays off, and would suit a Sous Chef looking to lead a kitchen of their own.

You’re inspired by the ingredients you work with to create seasonal, balanced and nutritious menus. You’ll recruit, lead, manage and develop your own team, using your strong leadership and communication skills. Ensuring our standards are met or exceeded, you’ll work with our founder to build and maintain the relationship and expectations of our clients and employees.

We expect you to interact regularly with the people who enjoy our food – to measure success and gain inspiration for new ideas and to maximise sales with our concepts and innovations.

You’ll be a strong leader, educated to a City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ or equivalent and ideally you will hold Food Safety at Level 3 as a minimum, plus you will have knowledge of Food Safety Management System requirements and COSHH.
