Full Time Teaching Position

SPAIN / Rapid English

Rapid English Academy was established 3 years ago and is located in a large town, in the Murcia region of southern Spain. It is a fast growing, professional and dynamic, family run business with students of all levels and ages attending courses. We are an official Cambridge Exam Preparation centre for PET, FCE, CAE and Young Learners but we also have a sizeable group of infant and lower primary ages.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable native English teacher who enjoys teaching all ages and all levels.

Our team of teachers is hardworking, sociable and enjoy all that Spanish life has to offer.

The region of Murcia has a lot to offer with a small and bustling city, a beautiful coastline, national parks and mountain ranges all within an hours reach. It is still a fairly unspoiled area and is not saturated with tourism. This has many benefits such as a low cost of living and immersion in Spanish life creating opportunities to improve your Spanish.

Essential requirements:
‣ CELTA or TESOL Trinity Cert
‣ Confidence, diligence and personality.
‣ English native

Desirable requirements:
‣ Experience with young learners or teenagers
‣ Experience preparing Cambridge Exams -especially PET, FCE and CAE

Number of vacancies: 1 full-time, 1 part-time
Start date:- September 2017
Contract: 10 months (Sept 2017 – June 2018)
Hours: 30 hours per week (full-time), Minimum of 12 hours (part-time) distributed over the morning and afternoon. The core of the hours will be Monday – Thursday
Salary depends on experience
