For this job in IT Support we are looking for French speakers with a good level of English, someone who wants to work abroad and likes the idea of a job in Ireland.
What will you do in this job?
Within this IT Support role, it will be your responsibility to look after all inbound calls from French speaking clients, manage incoming tickets as well as transferring those to relevant departments for resolution, whilst ensuring that all queries and calls are handled according to the quality standards set forth. You can also be called upon to mentor new French speaking employees, teaching them tricks of trade. Not forgetting that you will always be focussed on achieving individual and team based targets.

For this French job we are looking for a near Native French speaker with a good level of English, who has previous experience working in a busy and fast pace working environment, where you would have been under pressure to achieve targets and you worked well. You would be eager to work in the IT sector, an ever changing industry that you enjoy adapting to and maintaining a working knowledge of. Within this IT support position you will be working 40 hour weeks which will be in shifts, mainly Monday to Friday between 6am and 10pm with some working from home on the weekends or at night but don’t worry there are rewards in place for such work. Where would you be working? Dublin is where this French IT Support job is based, the capital city of Ireland and buzzing with life. With a number of public transport options to explore the city the sky is the limits (The LUAS, DART, Bus, Taxi, Bike stations). Interview & Salary
As this is an IT Support Job our client will be conducting a technical test which is followed by a phone interview.
If you are successful there, then you can expect a salary of up to €20,500 per year (gross), they also offer a relocation package for those who are living outside of Kildare Ireland.
