island of Alderney, looking for passionate, enthusiastic and generally
wonderful people to join the team, providing all guests with a
fantastic night, each and every time they join us!
Cocktail experience is preferred but not essential, we just want
nice, smiley and welcoming people… we can train everything else!!
Job Purpose…
To serve our guests to the highest of standards, be able to take
food and drink orders, be able to recommend guests of different
products and be able to advise guests when necessary going above and
beyond the expected.
Understand and appreciate the need for being able to work as part of a team as well as using your own initiative.
Appreciate the need for consistency within the company and being
able to have the ability to communicate on a professional level with all
guests.
You must have

Ability to work as a team and on own initiative
Be able to show compassion to guests
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
