Enjoy a stay in Tuscany this New Year – all you need to do is speak English!

ITALY / Speak

Come and enjoy a free stay and bring in the New Year with Speak in the stunning Abbazia di Spineto in Tuscany, from the 28th DEC 2018 – 4th JAN 2019. Join us for a week of culture, delicious cuisine and conversation with Italian learners!

Speak brings together native English speakers, our Anglos, from all around the world to immerse Italian learners of English in a dynamic environment of authentic, natural English conversation.

The Location:
The Speak experience offers a week’s stay in the beautiful Abbazia di Spineto, an Abbey located in the province of Siena in southern Tuscany. The grounds of the Abbey are spread over eight hundred hectares, including an orchard and gardens which provide local ingredients giving guests a real sense of Tuscan culinary heritage. The Abbey also boasts unique and beautifully decorated en-suite rooms and free wi-fi.

The Experience:
The week will be filled with English conversation and days that are stimulating and fun, with no preparation – just enjoy and soak up the experience, while enjoying delicious Italian cuisine and the rare opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds.

The Role:
The Anglo role includes listening to and engaging in real-life discussions, sharing stories, talking about hobbies and interests, and being prepared to speak, speak and then speak some more English! At Speak we aim for diversity among our Anglos – including age, nationality and experience. This ensures that our Italian speakers can enjoy talking with and learning from people from a wide range of backgrounds.

If you are sociable, love conversing and meeting new people and can help learners to feel at ease, then you are the right person to be part of the Anglo community at Speak!
