Ecotourism Volunteer Opportunity with Cambodian Conservation Project

CAMBODIA / Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT)

WWT Cambodia in partnership with the Anlung Pring Sarus Crane Conservation and Development Community are recruiting a volunteer to support operation of local community run restaurant at Anlung Pring, which caters food for tourists visiting the site.

This 5 month role, which starts in December 2017, is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture, support an exceptional conservation project and be part of the team saving the critically endangered Sarus Crane and protecting the wetland habitat.

A key part of the role will be developing the local guideā€™s English skills so a good level of English is required. Experience of the restaurant industry and an interest in wildlife and nature would also be beneficial.

Full details of the role and an application form can be found at https://www.wwt.org.uk/support/volunteer-with-wwt/volunteering-opportunities/oversees-volunteer-opportunities/

Closing date for applications is Wednesday 15th November 2017.

Expires: Nov 15, 2017
