We are one of the largest businesses on the island of Gili Trawangan, Lombok, Indonesia.
We are looking for a western chef to come into the business and redesign our menu, train staff on the new menu, costings etc. We expect the person to be looking for a lifestyle change for a minimum of 1 year due to the visa requirements. We currently do pizzas, fish BBQ and western style menu. We also have a Japanese restaurant but we are looking at changing this restaurant in the future.
