The main responsibilities for Front of House staff are: Service in the bar and restaurant, this entails basic duties like; clean up, set up, re-stocking, serving guests, stock takes, recording purchases etc. Working in the office- assisting with general admin when needed. General Front of House – meeting & greeting guests, check -in, room checks & generally attending to guests needs.

The most important role for our Front of House staff is serving our guests, making them feel welcome & comfortable at Rimba, we need staff that have good social skills, are able to chat with our guests & keep them entertained. On occasions FOH staff will be required to help in other areas, maybe housekeeping, on the grounds, with maintenance etc. It is very, very important that our staff can work as a team, have good work ethics and aren’t afraid of getting their hands dirty. We also need to ensure that any foreign staff we have, are open minded and willing to accept and adopt some of the local traditions and customs.
